Do you know the Japanese passage that roughly translates to “When you’re done with something, detonate it”? A character named “Bang Bang” from the movie The Brothers Bloom has it tattoo’d on her, but when looking at the tattoo up close, the kanji are:
春（haru) = spring(a season)

鶴（tsuru) = crane( a bird)

巣(su) = nest

I really like how there is often crossover between proverbs in both English and Japanese. 「一石二鳥」とかさ, that suggest a common origin some time in history, or at least some transfer between cultures.
